About Cédric Lignier
Cédric is a certified wine educator and agro-ecology consultant with a multidisciplinary academic background rooted in Burgundy, one of the world’s most iconic wine regions.
He studied Biology at the University of Burgundy, then specialized in wine through multiple university diplomas at the IUVV – Institut Universitaire de la Vigne et du Vin Jules Guyot in Dijon:
